Yes, of course. If you want to start a pay-as-you go subscription, simply go to the issue of athena that you want to start with, and subscribe through that product page.

The price is no different: $14 + shipping x6 across a 12 month period.

Shipping costs are:

  • $8 standard tracked shipping (NZ)
  • $14 rural shipping (NZ)
  • $20 flat rate (Australia) per issue.

The shipping for 6 issues has been bundled together and included in the full price.

I picked up a copy of Athena for my 10-year-old daughter from Threadbox while visiting Mangawhai. The perfect school holiday mag - she’s loving it! Lots of fun activities, good reads and beautiful illustrations. Looking forward to the next issue!
