International Orders

We currently only ship to New Zealand and Australia. If you're outside these countries and would like to receive Athena, please get in touch at team@athenagirlsmag.com before ordering.

International orders (where arranged) may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival - these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Athena cannot issue refunds for unpaid taxes or duties, so please check with your local customs agency before ordering.

Transit Times

Delivery estimates provided by our carriers are guidelines only. Times may be extended due to freight schedules, regional demand, or holiday periods. Track your order using the tracking details in your confirmation email — if you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

Delivery Address

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. Athena is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect delivery details, so make sure your address is correct and safe for delivery. Orders returned to us due to non-delivery or non-collection cannot be reshipped outside New Zealand.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking updates come from the carrier (NZ Post or Australia Post). Please contact us at team@athenagirlsmag.com only if:

  • The carrier has confirmed your order as lost, or
  • You've received a damaged or faulty item.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mangawhai Heads, Mangawhai. We aim to fulfil and dispatch orders within 2 business days, excluding unforeseen delays or busy periods (e.g. issue launch weeks).

Please note estimated shipping times do not include processing time, and we can't guarantee exact delivery dates. Athena is not responsible for delays, missing, or stolen packages once dispatched with the carrier.
